| I apply for membership
to launch my watercraft from the Martello Bay Slipway, Clacton-on-Sea.
I accept that if I am in contravention of local bylaws or rules
concerning the use of the slipway my membership may be revoked. I
undertake to ensure that a minimum of 3rd Party Liability Insurance will be
maintained to include provision for other users, water-skiers or towed water
toys. |

read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of the CLACTON
WATERCRAFT CLUB rules. I believe that all terms and conditions
relating to membership of the ABOVE CLUB are fair and reasonable.
I acknowledge and confirm that participation in the Watercraft
Sport is inherently dangerous and I am fully aware of the risks
involved. CLACTON WATERCRAFT CLUB accepts no liability whatsoever
of any nature which I may suffer as a result of my participation
in Club Events and Activities. I (including my family and guests
who have been made aware of and understand the nature of the
sport), the undersigned, agree to hold harmless and irrevocably
waive in perpetuity any claim(s) against the CLUB whatsoever by
virtue of my membership and participation in Club Events and
Activities. |
